Your first impression of Cheryl's team is from Valda Luckey, Listing & Marketing Manager. Valda's greeting "It's a Great Day" says it all. She takes care of all of Cheryl’s marketing, including individual property listing coordination, newspaper, magazine publications, internet related advertising projects as well as unique campaigns that are created and designed on an as needed basis to suit our client's individual needs. Valda makes marketing calls on our client’s properties once a week. Valda is an integral part of Cheryl's real estate team.  

 

Cheryl's Escrow coordinator is Lynn Kaye. Lynn was born in Yorkshire, England. She moved to the US in 1981 to LA and managed a company that imported commercial kitchen equipment from England. The company soon relocated to Northern California, where Lynn has made her home ever since. Lynn has owned 2 local restaurants which gives her vast experience working with the general public and managing a myriad of operations to efficiently run a successful business.

 

In 2000, Lynn began handling escrow transactions as the coordinator for several Real Estate agents. She is extremely well organized and thorough. Lynn coordinates with all parties involved in the sale of your home or property. Title, appraisal, termite inspection, lender buyer, seller, and listing and selling agents are a few o the many people she contacts on your behalf. There are approximately 32 people to coordinate within a single transaction. Lynn will walk our clients through the process and assist them in making the escrow as uneventful as possible. And, oh yes, she still has that English accent that is perfectly matched with her friendly disposition.

 

Another member of Cheryl's team is Cheryl Glace. Cheryl's enthusiasm and perky attitude make her a pleasure to be around. Her 21 years as a registered nurse is the perfect background for knowing how to take care of our client's needs and lets them feel like they are truly valued and appreciated. Needing a career change, Cheryl went on to working in the title company business, both in the title plant and as a sales and customer service representative.

 

Cheryl moved to Nevada County in 2004 with her husband, Mark and their two (almost human) pups, Jack and Abby. They enjoy our area for its biking, close-by skiing and other recreational activities. They also love our four seasons.

 

Cheryl is a welcome addition to our team as our customer care and service associate. She sees to it that all the details are taken care of; from checking the flyer boxes to make sure they are full, checking on showings, calling the agents for feedback and staying in touch with our buyers and sellers.
